About Majestic Habitats

Justin Kelley

Owner/ Habitat Consultant

Growing up a Northern Michigan outdoorsman and hunting less than ideal properties, I have developed a passion beyond the exhilarating kill shot. I know what its like to hunt highly pressured areas, small properties, public land and sandy soils. I strive to understand what will draw big bucks into my crosshairs. My experience has taught me that proper whitetail habitat management is key to holding mature deer on my property. After years of habitat development on my own property, and assisting friends with theirs, it was time to turn my hobby into a full time obsession.

My goal with this business is to help fellow hunters hunt successfully on their own land. I want to help you utilize the natural resources of your property to create an inviting environment that will attract healthy bucks, year after year. Signing up for a consultation with me is the first step to harvesting the buck of a lifetime on your own property.

our mission

  • maximize land potential.

Creating consistent food sources, inviting bedding areas, and enhancing ease of movement through property is crucial to building and maintaining a constant deer herd.

  • create happy hunters.

My father has been hunting for over 50 years and had the opportunity to harvest the biggest buck of his lifetime on his own land! Now how cool is that?! After only a couple years of habitat improvements and practicing quality deer management, he killed the beast within the first hour on opening day of rifle season.

  • Consistency

Our goal at Majestic Habitats is to create consistent success year in and year out.

  • New List Item

  • Boots on the Ground Scouting

In order to develop a personalized plan for a client’s land, I will walk the property to better understand its natural resources.

  • Realistic Expectations

Let’s be real, every property has limitations. I believe every property can be improved through design and proper hunting strategies/techniques, but not every property is going to produce Booner bucks like some of the fantasy states in the Midwest. It’s important to have realistic expectations based on the resources available to you.

  • Reasonable Outcomes

Following the property assessment, the client and I will create a reasonable improvement plan with consideration for long term goals and necessities for the upcoming hunting season.
